Things I used:
a bolt, a nut and some string.
It's a fraction of the cost you would pay to get a lens with a built-in image stabilizer.
Following some tips from youtube, this is what happened.
It's simple. You step on the end piece(the nut) and pull the camera up (making it a little bit steadier).
As long as you keep pressure pulling up the camera, it shouldn't shake or move.

yes i also saw this on utube last year, havent got round to making it, i have just found a bolt in my drawer so will try and make it today!
